Well as you can guess I am slacking already! I didn't go to the gym this week I haven't been feeling that great and didn't have that much energy. And of course im still not eating healthy yet. I wanna say im gonna kick butt next week and really start working out as planned (two days a week) and start eating healthier but I doubt ill make it.
I've been putting myself down a lot lately every since I've started gaining weight and that's not helping me at all. So I really hope next week I start feeling better and can get back to the gym. As for the eating healthier part I don't know how im gonna do that yet!
Well I think that's it for this week hopefully ill post atleast by next Friday!
