Well im a little late on the post but hey at least im posting within a week :). I only went to the gym once this week due to being busy and having foot problems but im not making any excuses :). I went to the gym after work on Monday. First of all it was packed in there I guess a lot of people have the same new years resolution as me :).
I did a fairly easy workout just to start out. I started on the elliptical and did a few machines. Didn't want to push it too much and figured I will slowly work my way up. I decided for right now due to having a training every Tuesday night im going to go to the gym only twice a week. Im planning on going Monday and Thursday nights.
As for my diet plan I started off the week pretty good but still am not eating as healthy as I wanna be. But I understand this will take time. I was quite proud of myself during snap time with the kids I ate an apple instead of what they were eating (graham crackers, gold fish, etc.)
On Thursday my foot started bothering me. It felt like it needed to pop but in a weird spot. It got worse on Friday but today it isn't too bad. hopefully that is my only little injury problem I have but knowing me and being all graceful I doubt it :).
I think that's about it for this week. Hopefully next week I will blog sooner and maybe even blog an extra day but don't count on it :). And if by chance someone is actually reading this leave a comment so I know im nut just talking to myself :)
