New Years Resolution

Alright so now after talking about this past year now time to talk about the future!! These past few months I have realized that I have gotten out of shape and gained some weight. Growing up I was really lucky that I could pretty much eat a horse and not gain weight.  But its finally caught up to me.  A year ago I was going to the gym and feeling great I got into shape and ate healthy but then stopped going and lost interest.  But this time I am going to stick to it!!

So now I am going to share my plan! Starting Monday I am going back to the gym I am going to make myself go three times a week and workout.  Im also going to start eating healthier so on Monday going to the store and getting healthy food. My plan is at the gym im going to do the couch to 5k and my goal is in May I will do the kfvs12 5k! I did it two years ago and had to walk more than half of it.  I wanna be able to run the whole thing! 

My plan is to blog about this throughout this goal just so I can share how im doing and I really think itll help me to make it through the whole time! I really hope I stick to this. I say im going to work out and start eating healthier atleast once a month so this time I really wanna stick to it! I know this wont be easy and I know I wanna quit but I am not going to let myself!!

Well I think that's it for now I just wanted to share with you guys what my next few months is gonna look like! I guess I will blog again on Monday!!
